English

There were two men in Atholl. They went to the mountain to reap barley. There is a mountain they call Tom Murray. That is the place that they chose to cut barley. They stopped to catch their breath. They were saying whilst working that they would take the fairies barley. When they were having a break, they slept. When they awoke, one of the men was lying in a little burn about a distance of one mile from the place in which they had been working. The other man was about a distance of two miles in another direction.
